He means to make a choice of what you are going to buy.

I think he trying to say is saveing money means making choices. Means like if you would want to put your money in a bank or spend it.What I would do is put my money in the bank.But you dont have to.So thats what I think the author means by making money means making choices.

Making money means making choices means that you could be lazy and sit around when you got a milloin dollors and put it in a bank and get lots of intrest.Or you could still go to work and earn more money. Your choice I guess. :D

Making money means making choices because some poeple say that it is good to spend your money is good but other poeple say to put your money in a bank.
